Administrator Corporate Compliance
CurrentCreate and implement a Corporate Compliance Program (CCP) to ensure that the CCP effectively prevents and/or detects violations of laws, regulations, or Company policies and procedures. Develop testing protocols and perform testing of individual Company compliance activities based on a risk assessment of such activities. Perform ongoing monitoring of state and federal compliance regulations. Summarize proposed legislation. Research regulatory and filing requirements/information. Revise Company guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with application laws and regulations. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance controls and procedures are effective. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and/or annual compliance reports summarizing audit findings and best practices.
