When I started with this company, I started in medical collections. I was trained in FDCPA rules and regulations for collecting and HIPAA privacy rules. For one year I worked the medical collections. Then I was transferred to credit card collections. I have a working knowledge of Latitude. This is the software used in the collections. I have been able to develop good communications skills while working at my current position.

Worked at print and apply, this is where you prepare a box with the correct shipping label so that the computer can scan the box and know where the line should carry the box to put the right items in the box for shipping. Worked the computers at the audit centers, this is where a box would go for the contents to be removed and checked with the computer to see if the items were picked right on the pick lines. Worked the shipping dock computers to perform audit on the docks to see if the right cartons where going to the right lanes, there where 21 shipping lanes there. Worked in an area called case pick this is where whole cartons where picked for shipping. And the rework tables, if an item came in that was not correctly labeled or something was wrong with it we would have to correct it.
