With years of experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, retail, and customer service industries, I have sought to help companies grow while delivering excellent service and aspiring to make people's lives--including both customers and coworkers--even just a little bit better. Most recently I co-founded an organic natural food business that produces and distributes delicious gluten free nutrition bars to markets, bakeries, cafes, coffee shops and enthusiastic customers.I have had 18 years of experience in the grocery industry in various aspects of the business. For ten years I worked at the retail giant Costco and for the last eight years I have managed a thriving department at a large, independent, family-owned store.Care for people has led to my study of psychology, my work with infants and children, my healing arts practice, and extended beyond into all that I do as a manager and entrepreneur.
