As a result of new procedures following the Covid outbreak, I oversaw the digitization of the production order process.Human resource: To ensure information tracking of some departments, I created a new job role, selected a suitable candidate and assisted in the on-boarding process. I also reviewed and standardized the salary structure of employees.Quality System Management: Migrated documentation to Confluence and issue tracking to Jira Core.

During my internship, I was in charge of the translations of the app from Spanish to English and French which also involved data processing and data entry. I also worked on a real estate development project and did preliminary financial analysis, market research, site analysis, connectivity study, and competitor analysis.
