Along with publishing a weekly magazine, I also gather information based on events that happen in Kansas City. This information includes but is not limited to: net dollars raised, type of event, attendence, costs, leadership involvement, corporate giving, and many other things. This information is gathered from the agencies themselves, and is turned into two unique books. One is a Charitable Events Calendar, a resource for charitable events in Kansas City and a complete Charitable Giving Analysis available for purchase. Consulting with for-profit and not-for profit organizations. Board Development,Board Stewardship, event planning, strategic alliance, volunteer management and data base development.When working with Not-for Profit agencies, I help develop fundraising strategies, as well as event production. This includes, but is not limited to; event design, timetables, recommendations for leadership and sources for production. In the for-profit world, I gather grant requests, and match them up with the company's interests, for strategic visibility. This way, a large company does not need to hire a full time person for corporate giving.
