I consulted to major law firms and private businesses on IT strategy and projects. I was the Project Manager for major system conversions and implementations for custom applications, email, collaboration applications, financial systems, and litigation support software.

I was the first Manager of the Networking, Software Development, and Technical Customer Service groups in nine offices for a top-20 law firm. I led the firm-wide rollout of the network and managed the back-office system vendor selection for the firm's financial systems and related software.

I consulted to law firms and corporate legal departments on IT strategy and back-office systems, and provided on-site project management for software implementations.
