Administrative Officer St Aloysius College Cadet Unit• Responsible for ALL co-ordination of approved Australian Army Cadet Activities in accordance with the Australian Army Cadet Policy Manual as well as college policy including: -• Assistance with training, administration and discipline within the unit and within experience and qualification as a role model for cadets;• To ensure compliance with occupational health, welfare and safety considerations within the unit including discrimination, harassment and codes of behaviour;• For both Army, and unit equipment, clothing and stores appertaining to the appointment which they hold, whether temporary or not; • To ensure that OOC, IOC, Cadets or civilians do not consume alcohol or illegal drugs or substances during an AAC activity; • To exercise duty of care to all cadets, staff and others persons under their supervision;• The provision of advice on the application of the AAC/ACC POLMAN; and• The conduct of activities and performance of duties as directed by the CO/OC.

• Responsible for ALL co-ordination of approved road transport tasks in accordance with the Operations Officers (OPSO) directions including: -• Liaison with customer units, task squadrons and Army Logistics Training Centre (Distribution Division) on training issues • Providing expert technical advice/information on road transport issues and the movement of Commonwealth Explosives and Dangerous Goods by Road • Raising all road transport task orders, monitoring asset availability for effective task completion and ensuring that all tasks are recorded on the operations wall planner/board• Monitoring and regular update of relevant staff tables and defence publications concerning including responsibility in maintaining a current working knowledge of Regimental Headquarters computer systems• Evaluating and approving all task costing prior to submission and reviewing all road transport related Post Activity Reports and conducting follow up action as directed by the OPSO.
