As the Director of Customer Service at Anton Paar, I lead 35 service organizations with over 600 service technicians in a matrix management function with our local General Management. Since 2020 our service organizations experience a stable two digit CAGR along with rapid organizational development leading to the introduction of a middle management structure to ensure continuous and high customer satisfaction and fulfillment efficiency.The central responsibility for all customer related after sales processes (and systems) allows global and longterm shaping of the organization by introducing improvements and change. Amongst others, such strategic longterm projects were: the improvement of our Customer Feedback Survey, the introduction of a Service Sales Process via CRM or the revision of our Technical Field Service Training or the adaption of our Service Portfolio
