I am the Gen supervisor of the off shifts I run five departments with 45 direct report with three group leaders, and 41 hourly personnel. A fabrication department making rolls and bushing with 22 machines, and a heat treat department with 18 rotary furnaces and 4 pit furnaces and 3 box furnaces. And a metal finishing process with 18 process steps and a grinding department, with the latest grinding technology. I set the schedule for production output and is responsible for 5s, implementation also developed lean manufacturing update, Kanban and health and safety. On the weekend I step up and run the entire factory for my continue improvement. I have a proven record of lowering safety accidents and has successfully improved my value stream process.
