*Provide daily shift floor coverage and supervision for a Finish Line shop inside Macy's.*Assists in driving sales performance to meet The Finish Line's business objectives by maintaining individual and overall shift sales.*Assists District Sales Leader and or Store Manager with recruiting and interviewing. *Provides exceptional customer service by consistently greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, and sales execution.*Executes Loss Prevention standards to manage internal/external shrink. *Assists in ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistent and provide a safe and clean work environment. *Assists in the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising standards consistent with the Company standards and directives.*Ensures accuracy of Company in-store promotions and merchandise markdowns. *Maintains efficient and accurate backroom operations to include stockroom organization and shipping/receiving.*Opens and/or closes the store, performing all tasks to Company standards.*Provides training and coaching to other associates for their continues growth and development.*Organizes and maintains shipments, transfers and merchandise.
