These issues are generally small bugs or enhancements that are required in the system. Responsibilities in the project• Doing System Health checks in several intervals every day.• Looking into service-now(ticketing tool) to get any tickets or request or CTASK.• Responsible for providing quick and efficient solution to business queries via tickets and email communication.• If the issues are not known issue, then we move tickets to Development team(Build team).• Fixing bugs on time so that it doesn’t affect revenue and business flow.• Enhancing system capability, so that application supports the upcoming business challenges.
