Here, I started as an intern in 2019 and was appointed analyst in 2021. In my current position, I work on 4 to 5 project simultaneously together with our engineers. Main responsibilities:• Perform static, modal, and Random Analysis, and also structure optimization (strength, weight, materials) for aerospace products for clients including Boeing, Lockheed Martin. • Examine customer specifications for components and design tests (mechanical, structural integrity, performance, and fatigue tests) based on client specifications.• Participate in and execute tests abroad - vibration tests and validation of data.• Execute signal processing of field measurements -including flight measurement tests and drop tests- to analyse and interpret test data.• Conduct calibration of analysis via engineering tests including shaker table and modal hammer tests.• Process fatigue calculations to endure product/component durability and safety.• Contribute to the development of displays and computer units for helicopters and fighter aircraft.Results:• Delivered product structure analysis presentations to Boeing (Fighter Jet LAD and HUD Display) and Collins (Naval Computer, Fighter Jet Helmet Computer) during PDR (Preliminary Design Review) and CDR (Critical Design Review) sessions.• Utilized structure optimization tools for both neutral frequencies as well as stress analysis, for design purposes of instrumentation (low stress, desired frequency) resulting in weight reduction of up to 30% while maintaining structural integrity. • Designed and led experiments, including GVT and vibration testing of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), helicopters and fighter jets.• Contributed significantly to onboarding and training of new team members and students, encouraging their professional growth and integration.
