Marketing Specialist Group Leader
CurrentDrive the team to achieve the KPIs;Monitor the work quality of the team, calculate the workload and efficiency;Ensure all the team members respect company policies and report any exceptions to the Team Leader;Assist the Team Leader in the deployment of the marketing activities to the shared service center and help in the standardization of the process;Collaborate with campaign managers within the Marketing department in order to validate the results the marketing campaigns and the payment for the activities;Check the integrity and authenticity of the evidence documents provided by the media buying agencies based on the acceptance clauses in the procurement contract and the mandatory KPIs set up by the Marketing department;Establish marketing expense records and release monthly/quarterly reports on marketing activity application and acceptance;Follow up on ICFR acceptance–related issues;Communication based the KPI result, Problem List, Mistake List, Quality Check and other thing that country concerns and/or need to help;
