About Chor Hon Law

I possess knowledge and working experiences across mechanical, electronics, and software development within the engineering industry. I expect to graduate in December 2021 with a master of mechatronics degree at The University of Adelaide. I am currently working on developing an exoskeleton sensor system in my master project and undertook various courses covering robotics, microcontroller, control, and electronics. I have obtained my bachelor’s degree in computer science at The University of Hong Kong. I have built an award-winning 3D printed robotic hand with a sensor glove that can control the robotic hand and provide haptic feedback in my final year project (For reference, please visit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E63GIq2Oj9Q).I have worked as a software engineer for 2 years which not only provided me a strong foundation in software development but also allowed me the opportunity to gain experience in the integration of hardware and the software system. In last summer, I have worked as a student intern for 3 months at Redarc Electronics and successfully contracted by Redarc to work as a part-time employee up to the current date. I am responsible for developing a prototype product from scratch, including product definition, circuit schematics, and PCB design, firmware development, and testing.
