My current responsibilities include enabling the success of our most strategic global partners in all areas of their product offering. This requires understanding their business objectives as they apply to the Relativity product suite and how they differ in international markets. Driving their success includes ensuring they apply best practices with the available technical tools and assisting with the development of training and certification plans for their teams supporting the products.Teams within Relativity offer high levels of expertise in various areas of the organization which are valuable to our clients. Therefore, coordinating efforts between solutions, sales and product is a critical component of my every day work. * Monitor product usage and trends to participate in building product adoption plans for each account and region* Facilitate sessions with Relativity teams to address the specific needs of the client (ie. product management, solutions, sales, support)* Demonstrate value of the partnership to global strategic account executives. * Manage new product onboarding and drive adoption* Lead in regular planning meetings and executive business reviews.* Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and overcome product or regional challenges related to driving revenue with the Relativity platform. * Advocate on the customers behalf with various teams within Relativity.* Collaborate with each Account Manager and CSM in APAC, EMEA and the Americas on general account activity and strategy

Consult with partners to create workflows using advanced analytics within the Relativity Platform.

Raise awareness and clarify the myths around organ donation throughout area high schools. Communicate the impact of the program and introduce careers in the field.

Lead the Partner Solutions Group ensuring our ability to enable software Product Managers to achieve their analytics vision with the integration of CAAT. With a blend of technical and strategic expertise this solutions group is a strong extension to our partners’ software teams in every area from product inception through development and to launch. Reporting the feedback from our clients back to the Content Analyst management team results in continued innovation of CAAT as we respond directly to the needs of the customer.

The PSG team at Content Analyst is dedicated to facilitating the integration of advanced analytics in order for our partners to realize their product vision. With 20 years of experience, I bring my consulting background, development experience and leadership skills to contribute to the success of our partners and of our team. I continue to focus on the development and execution of our professional services program, Content Care. The integration of the analytics engine impacts all areas of business for our partners and it is our priority to help them in being prepared as an organization for their product launch. This includes continuous improvement to CAAT certification and developer training, strategy sessions with product management, preparing the workflow and support professionals and the education of our partners’ sales and marketing teams.

The Solution Design Team develops solutions using primarily Relativity, Content Analyst and Equivio to address e-Discovery challenges of our clients and partner with them to drive their success. I am responsible for leading this group and building a plan which supports the overall corporate mission. As a contributing member of the Strategic Leadership Team, I also represent Solution Design in our planning sessions. My specific responsibilities include: Clients and Prospects• Gather, analyze and interpret client business objectives and requirements. • Consult with prospects and clients around workflow, technology implementation options and service offerings.• Present Fios value in sales presentations and how technology and services will be implemented to address the current challenge. • Periodic client follow up and modify solution to evolve as the eDiscovery project evolves.• Present public webcast for educational purposes on topics around eDiscovery challenges.• Participate in industry trade shows and eventsInternal Collaboration• Learn and understand new products, services and third party components and how they can be effectively implemented into workflow. • Strategize with internal teams in solution and workflow development.• Collaborate with development to help establish the product road map. • Support operations with new product and solution implementation. • Coordinate with training and documentation teams to assure the tools are available to the client services organization.• Facilitate the transition of new projects, with the sales consultant(s), into operations.• Provide marketing with information received from the prospects and/or clients and coordinate on potential implementation options.
