I recently joined the Parker Brown Real Estate team in Lehi Utah. In addition to Real Estate sales and purchases Parker Brown provides HOA and Rentals management. For the past 6 years Lawrence Packer has been General Manager of the Shops At Riverwoods Mall in Provo Utah. When the mall was purchased in the fall of 2009 it had a 40% occupancy rate and was in need of major updating. Under Lawrence Packer’s leadership, today the mall is over 95% occupied and has been totally renovated.Lawrence Packer is also a licensed and active Real Estate Agent. For the past 11 years Lawrence has done Commercial, Residential, and Farm & Ranch property transactions. Lawrence Packer is an energetic experienced manager. Lawrence’s skills are managing people, properties, and assets to their highest and best use. Having years of experience in operations, property management, and being great with people, Lawrence improves any organization he is associated with.
