It provides employment/reemployment services, layoff aversion and response assistance, and small business development support for the Silicon Valley cities of Campbell, Gilroy, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, San Jose, Saratoga, and the unincorporated areas of Santa Clara County.

Led a team of program managers responsible for up to $5 million a year in grantsmaking, arts education, and arts business development/incubation programs and initiatives for the City of San Jose's Office of Cultural Affairs. Retooled grant programs and managed their continuing improvement. Laid the foundation for the Creative Entrepreneur Initiative, aimed at supporting the development of artist entrepreneurs and small creative enterprises.

Launched and managed the administration of grantsmaking programs aimed at small and mid-sized arts organizations, especially ones deeply rooted in historically underserved communities, and individual artists.

Re-invented the Arts Council's programs. Ran the grants programs and supervised the arts education/outreach program. Provided oversight for the organization's bookkeeper. Assisted the executive director with board communications and community outreach.
