Founded Diamon Images in September, 1983, and acted as President/CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and CFO. Raised $2M in venture capital, private placement, and foreign funding.Grew the company to $6.5 M in sales with $1.25 M in profit.Acquired $10M in capital equipment and developed a team of 35 people to produce state of the art photomasks for the semiconductor and disk head industries.Customers included: Texas Instruments, LSI Logic, VLSI Technology and Xerox.Received the INC 500 Award in 1989 for being one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S.Sold the company to a European Conglomerate for eight times earnings in 1998.

Oversaw all start- activities such as securing $2M in venture capital, private placement, and foreign funding, acquiring $10M in capital equipment and developing a team of 35 at Diamon Images. Was an INC 500 company after 5 years in business. Sold company to a European conglomerate for 10 times earnings after 15 years in business.

Responsible for wafer fabrication operations in the U. S., assembly engineering, process engineering, production control, and facilities.Chairman Environmental Task Force Directed Fairchild environmental clean up operations worldwide. Spent $40 Million cleaning up chemical contamination at all Fairchild sites. Reported to the president of Fairchild and had a twelve person task force to handle engineering, legal, public relations, EPA and other agency interface.Manager Real Estate and Facilities Planning. Responsible for all building leases and design and construction of new facilities and wafer fabrication factories worldwide.

General Manager for the ($100 Million) Linear division. Responsible for sales and marketing, wafer fabrication operations in the U. S., assembly and test operations in Korea, product and process engineering, production control, and facilities.

General Manager for the $100M Linear Division which manufactured Analog Integrated Circuits. Responsible for wafer fabrication plant in US and Korean assembly factory. P&L responsibility for all division activities.
