In this capacity, we developed the Neurodiversity Inclusion Index (NDII), fostering inclusivity for the Neurodivergent Community and its employers.With over 35 years of experience, I have held various leadership roles, including Global Practice Leader for Life Sciences and Managing Partner at Ernst & Young (later Capgemini).
