  Manages Safe Care Program, a pet owner support program for survivors of domestic violence that provides temporary shelter and medical care for pets while owners make their way to safety. Manages Crisis Housing Program, a pet owner support program for families facing housing insecurity that provides temporary shelter and medical care for pets while families secure new housing. Developed a program to help pet owners secure Emotional Support Animal letters so families and pets can stay together in challenging housing situations.Manages Heads-to-Tails Hope Fund, a needs-based financial assistance fund to help pet owners pay for non-routine veterinary care. Oversees Community Programs Manager who manages support programs that create access to resources for people and pets in disinvested communities. Services include low cost spay/neuter assistance, pet food donation collection and distribution, animal transport, veterinary care and other resources for disabled individuals and families in need. Implemented Apricot 360 software by Bonterra for case management.
