CurrentCurrently heading up the creative department and providing creative leadership and senior voice in the agency’s client work and business development. Hands on and collaborative and enjoys working across teams in translating science into brand experiences. Responsible for the output and the quality of creative product coming out of the agency.– Led the creative development on Illumina's highly successful multiomics campaign that was the catalyst for renewal agency relationships and a flood of new assignments with other key marketing initiatives. The campaign generate over 10,000 leads over a two year period and was adopted as a global campaign. Also won numerous creative marketing awards.– Fostering a "can do" team environment where we support each other across disciplines and capabilities to ensure the work is smart, creative and meets client goals.– Provide high level project management oversight along with project management team to ensuring creative work is being developed efficiently, on-time, on-budget, and on strategy.– The portfolio of the creative work that I have led has earned over 38 awards from Marcom Awards, Hermes Awards, NYX Marcom Awards, and The Muse Awards.
