Primary role is to process transactions as per the SLA metrics & procedures defined by the client.Review requests and determine if all necessary information was provided. Follow issuance instructions and enter necessary data into the issuance system. Commit/Complete policy for issuance & verify that policy was issued successfully. Ensure that transactions are processed as per the Desk Top Procedures while handling policy issuance. Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA metrics are met Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by the SLA metrics.Communicate effectively via e-mail with the TRV SMEs/ marketing team to resolve any queries related to issuance.Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis. Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. as per predefined rosters.Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures.
