Job Profile: Accounts Payable  Auditing & Reconciliation of entries. Coordinating with the international team. Verification of Purchase orders raised by the company. Invoice Booking and making payments using SAP. Accounting of expenses to the respective GL’s. Accounting of Tax deducted at source. Accounting for Vat payments. Processing and making payments for all Adhoc request. Making payments to both Indian and Foreign Vendor through Wire Transfer, FTO’s & Cheques. Re-class of journal entries as per the request of Business. Supplier aging report. Internal VAT Recon of Invoices booked by AP. Preparation of Un-accounted invoice report. Handling of the invoice which is under Hold. Hard copy Auditing. Processing All Japan-related Invoice entries and submitting the same for payment. Processing of Brazil invoices with WHT accounting and submitting for payment before the due date of Boleto. Requesting for PO top-ups to the respective requesters and make sure the payments are released on time.SAP Implementation (Payables Process): Outline the process requirements and generate the design for the new system. Interacting closely with SAP Development team and explain the process requirement design.  Identify the areas where the process can be simplified, get the approvals from GPO and implement the same in the New system design.  Preparation of scripts for implementation Testing. Testing of Process scripts in the test and production system.  Identify the issues and reject back the script for correction.  Identify the root cause of the issue and generate the change request. Documentation of the results and get the approval from GPO’s.
