Layas values knowledge sharing culture in the workplace and is continuously invested in learning, self-improving and professional development.• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel by designing project cost estimation / progress tracking templates, which has been effective to manage multiple land subdivision projects valued up to $3 million. • Self-taught the basics of Magnet Survey software to provide construction setout model including design surface and drainage/sewer invert level for GPS-equipped machines on site, making workflow effective & efficient.• Basic skill in AutoCAD & Revit for quantity take offs and scaled drawings.
