I tech led the launch of an on-demand crisis support service that connects patients in urgent mental health crises with clinicians within 10 minutes of submitting a request. I also tech-designed and implemented core digital intake features, enabling seamless patient access to our product line based on their needs and assessment results. I also greatly reduced screen loading time by optimizing the database and service, resulting in cost savings for the company and increased daily web traffic. I led the effort to overhaul a patient mobile application serving 1M+ users and improve their experience and scalability by deploying modular and high-performant React components and adhering to best practices. In addition, I Identified and fixed critical bugs causing app crashes while ensuring no major bugs in future releases by implementing rigorous end-to-end testing.

I worked with the data science team on developing and delivering an expert matching service and completed a six-month company-sponsored data science course. I led the adoption of UI automation and CICD pipelines within the org, leading workshops to train 7+ teams on these best practices. Besides solving technical challenges at scale, I coached, and mentored junior team members and interns, and organized a biweekly learning series hosting 50+ speakers with participation from 1000+ employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
