PNI Digital Media builds a platform for enterprise and photo printing available in 22k international retail locations (acquired by Staples in 2014). My role includes managing critical, high-profile client projects and leading internal PMO improvements.Internally I have led quarterly Program Increment (PI) Planning two-day events as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) responsible for helping teams manage risks and dependencies, encouraging face-to-face communication and collaboration across teams, and aligning development to goals and objectives. This also involves coaching in Lean-Agile and SAFe best practices and defining processes for PMO and other internal teams.I have led continuous improvements to team meetings including Scrum Ceremonies and improvements to backlog organization and maintenance. I manage cross-team dependencies to ensure work cadence is uninterrupted. I also led a pilot implementation of CI/CD that is scheduled for company-wide rollout in 2020. Externally I have led two extended client projects. Sam’s Club Checkout - I was Project Manager/Scrum Master for an eight-month effort, leading an engineering team tasked with reducing cart abandonment by condensing and streamlining checkout experience.For a leading shipping and logistics provider - I was Project Manager/Scrum Master for a six-month onboarding project managing PNI fulfillment and engineering teams tasked with integrating the client with the PNI platform on a tight timeline. I was single point of contact from PNI for multiple client teams, vendors, and other stakeholders with teams on a two-week sprint cadence. The project was delivered on schedule and led to significant revenue increases for the client platform.

Maru/Matchbox is a market research and analysis firm with a proprietary software platform. I joined when Maru acquired the consulting arm of previous employer Vision Critical in 2016 (title progression listed below). At Vision Critical I began in tech support and was promoted to Project Management in 2014 to focus on process improvement and new client onboarding onto Maru’s platform. I managed multiple concurrent and complex projects in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders and clients across multiple geographic locations and time zones, serving as primary liaison between clients and internal development team.Project highlights:• Led project management and setup for Microsoft Ops Talk, an insight community for business professionals and partners, and a second community for game enthusiasts. Coordinated Infrastructure, Design/UX, Development, QA, and external partners to setup site/portal infrastructure, create site/portal design, program software/surveys, and test programming work.• Directed up to four client account onboarding projects monthly that averaged three months to complete. Projects included securing a domain/URL, logo, content development, and integration with platform back-end to establish new web communities. • Managed a data migration for a leading farm equipment manufacturer across US, France, Spain, and Germany. Contributed to development of a survey to revive a dormant community, extracted legacy data, and cleaned community roster data to improve performance.• Identified process improvement opportunity and collaborated with software teams to create an ASP.NET web app for survey tracking that reduced project management time-tracking, increased data accuracy, and improved customer experience. The app was later adopted by three internal teams.
