As a Consulting Lead at Torrent Consulting, Rob managed Salesforce implementation projects for customers ranging from small businesses to large enterprise companies. Using an agile approach to project management, Rob was responsible for leading the project team through initial design and discovery, configuration, user-acceptance testing, data migration, end-user training and go-live. He was responsible for ensuring immediate and long-term success of the Salesforce implementation.In addition to project management, Rob assisted clients in the discovery, design and build of custom Salesforce enhancements, complex data migration, and cloud-based system integration work to help ensure the Salesforce platform fulfills all business requirements.

In the Technology Solutions group at Navigant, Rob has spent the last 5 years developing his expertise in data analysis and management. As a Managing Consultant, Rob manages the development of innovative solutions for complex data challenges across the healthcare, financial services, and energy industries. In addition to delivering timely, accurate results to Navigant's clients, Rob serves as a key mentor to consultants within the Legal Technology Solutions group.

In the Technology Solutions group at Navigant, Rob has spent the last 5 years developing his expertise in data analysis and management. As a Senior Consultant, Rob worked on developing innovative solutions for complex data challenges across the healthcare, financial services, and energy industries. While delivery results to the client, Rob has learned a number of technical skills while working in this fast-pace, intense work environment. Robs technical expertise includes, but is not limited to: Microsoft SQL, SSIS, MySQL, PL/SQL, Pentaho Kettle, PHP, Python, RegEx, Tableau, VBA, C#, XML and various command line languages.

As a consultant in the FEDA group, Rob performed complex data analysis on principal cash transactions, unraveling a multi-billion dollar ponzi scheme. Utilizing SQL and VBA, Rob streamlined the investigative and reporting aspects of the project allowing FTI to produce timely, accurate reports on all customer accounts involved with the scheme. In addition, Rob also worked on a variety of investigative data projects and workflow automation tasks for clients in the financial industry.

As a consultant for the Business Information Technology department at Michigan, Rob assisted students enrolled in Business Information Technology 200 and 311 with weekly Excel deliverables in order to facilitate optimal overall class performance. Rob also held office hours and graded over 300 assignments weekly to provide students with timely feedback and progress reports throughout the course of the semester.

Rob was an active member of the Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity at the University of Michigan. During his time with the organization, Rob was able to develop a strong network of principled business leaders, while strengthening his own professional and leadership skills.

As a business analyst intern in the Technology Early Career Development Program, Rob worked closely with the workforce management team in preparing deliverables and compiling metrics to prepare the organization for handling the turnover in their rapidly aging workforce. In addition to the workforce plan, Rob also worked on the development of an intern request system for training funds, utilizing VBA and Sharepoint, streamlining the request and approval of inquiries across the IT organization. Finally, Rob aided in the development of a database to data related to over 150 program associates, centralizing the management of resources and reporting of key employee metrics.
