Starting from January 2019, and up until September 2019, Article 1 - Institute for Global Politics and Law is conducting a project titled: #MKDiplomacy: towards a professional diplomatic service, a project funded by the European Commission. The overall goal of this project is to conduct a public advocacy campaign based on research and evidence that we need to produce on the need of professionalizing the MK diplomatic service. Currently the legal framework in our country suggests a minimum of 1/3 of career diplomats versus almost 2/3 of politically assigned diplomats. We would like to see a change in this ratio, towards a more professional public diplomatic service that we believe will enhance our foreign policy objectives.

Within my role of a 'social studies lecturer' I teach courses in the Advanced Placement [AP] and the International Baccalaureate [IB] program. I teach the IB Global Politics [International Relations] course [taught the course from September 2017 until present] and the AP Comparative Government and Politics course [taught the course in the academic 2014/15, 2016/17, 2017 up until today]. I have also served as the coordinator of the Social Science department in NOVA International Schools [from September 2016 until September 2017]

IDEA is a network of debate organizations. Most of its current members are national debate organizations from Central and Eastern Europe. It is part of a wider family of IDEA entities, which operate throughout the world.

IDEA Youth Forum / Global Youth Forum is an international debate event organized by the International Debate Education Association.The Forum includes a tournament in the Karl Popper debate format as well as educational courses for the participants. The Coaches and Judges Track is one of the educational tracks of the event. The responsibilities of the track leaders are:- to create a curriculum for the educational track - to coordinate a team of international trainers/ lecturers for the event - to facilitate / to take part of the process of creating lesson plans for the course- to create a manual for the coaches and judges that take part of the course - to teach the course alongside the trainers in the trackGlobal Youth Forum 2013: youthforum.idebate.org

Model European Parliament - Macedonia (MEP) is a network of after school clubs in twenty-one secondary schools (ages 13-18), from twelve cities throughout the Republic of Macedonia. The program and school clubs are coordinated by a central MEP office located at NOVA International Schools. My role as the MEP coordinator was to be responsible for the program curriculum, to organize events for and with the clubs, to manage the network of schools, and ensure its growth.Within this time period in NOVA International Schools I also took the role of the social studies lecturer in the courses of 'AP Comparative Government and Politics' and a foundation course in the Social studies [teaching in the academic 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15]

This project has the purpose to develop tools for monitoring corruption in the higher- education, as well as conducting researches, summing up results and presenting the results to the general public.The project is implemented by student and youth organizations from South- East European countries, namely Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova and Serbia, all of them covering the research on different types of corruption.My responsibilities as the coordinator of the project were:- to coordinate a team of 5 members - to communicate with all the organizations within the network - to communicate and coordinate with the supporters of the project- to take active part in all the project activities (creating, conducting, reporting the activities)

Trainer for communication skills and debate to University students as a part of a project whose main purpose was to empower young people with skills needed on the labor market.The “Youth Independence Project” was supported by Foundation Open Society Institute - Macedonia.
