• On-site HR/Consulting Representative;• Responsible for the Recruitment and Selection process of professionals in the Telecom area (example WL / MW / RF / IP Enginner; Site Manager, Site Owner, Field Coordinator, RDE, Core, PS Core, Data center Engineer, among other positions that demand the Telecom segment, both technical and administrative), infrastructure, network and IT profiles in general,• Alignment of the vacancy profile with account managers and clients;• Conducting face-to-face interviews and via digital platforms (by competence and behavioral assessment);• Preparation of professional summary for presentation to clients;• Database update and feedback to candidates;• Management of the client's approved employees;• Support and service to employees;• Organizational Information (internal communication);• Onboarding;• Management of overtime, extra costs, travel, etc;• People management in general;

HRBP:• Provide expert advice to employees;• Assistance in monitoring the quality, competence and development of employees;• Understanding and soliciting employees' opinions and anticipating their needs and concerns;• Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal needs;• Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture;• Department or workplace transfer process;Recruitment:• Vacancy opening process;• Recruitment and Selection of interns in the Telecom, IT and administrative areas.• Alignment of the profile with the manager.• Communication in English.
