After a year and half focused on the operation field, I recived another challenge, join the planning area team.As a planning analyst, my main duty was guarantee the continuous improvement to the all company distribution centers and protect the Company´s assets.I was responsible to develop the quality assurance processes, in order to reduce the possibility that a loss will occur. So I used to map the operational processes, padronize these processes and make Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to share with the workers in the all distribution centers, applying the Lean Six Sigma methodology and management tools such as PDCA, 5W2H and SDCA.In addition, I was responsible to monitor the action plans and the daily routine management meeting so as to ensure the improvements.

As a logistics analyst, I was responsible for create, develop and monitor operational KPIs for the LASA´s distribution field. These KPIs were importante to analyse if the transport were achieving the planned goals and see how the distribution centers was working as well to supply all the 1700 stores in the whole country.Another dutie was plan and put in practice preventive and corrective actions in order to improve the trasportation results and reduce the risks, costs and wastes in the company.I was also responsible for the transport risk management; having implemented the transport insurance and helped to criated the accounts receivable department to the transport, which helped us to return back to the company bills BRL $ 8.5 M.
