Current• Managing and reviewing the enquiry and application process ensuring all queries are responded to and providing information on the phone, face-to-face, email and WhatsApp for an average of 400 people per year • Booking and conducting English assessments of an average of 200 potential participants per year• Recruiting over 200 people per year to ensure full level of participants in EPIC and monitoring the level of assessment bookings and taking appropriate action if it appears EPIC… Show more • Managing and reviewing the enquiry and application process ensuring all queries are responded to and providing information on the phone, face-to-face, email and WhatsApp for an average of 400 people per year • Booking and conducting English assessments of an average of 200 potential participants per year• Recruiting over 200 people per year to ensure full level of participants in EPIC and monitoring the level of assessment bookings and taking appropriate action if it appears EPIC classes may not be fully utilised• Providing referrals to other employment programmes (e.g. Women@Work, EmployAbility, etc.)• Training and line-managing work placements and the ‘EPIC Information Assistant’ and holding meetings and conducting appraisals to evaluate the meeting of targets and objectives• Evaluating participants’ experience of the EPIC programme and creating reports which help drive programme improvement and inform funders and funding applications• Updating the Participant Tracker and reporting to funders according to schedule, in collaboration with ‘Admin Assistant’ and ‘Head of Employment Programmes’• Developing and implementing the Promotions plan to promote a positive profile of the programme and achieve EPIC participant targets and engagement• Ensuring all programme communications conform with ESF funder requirements for branding and other guidelines and creating promotional materials and keeping information in the EPIC website up-to-date• Building up, expanding and maintaining a network of organizations who work with our target group and ensuring their information on EPIC is up-to-date and they communicate it to their members/clients• Organising events for the employment programmes e.g. EPIC graduation celebration, and representing the employment programmes at relevant events e.g. job fairs, Migrant Information Day, etc. Show less
