Current• Global Marketing and Communications Strategy, Planning and Development: Initiates, drives and develops global marketing, communication and campaign strategies to support the Food program. Key focus areas include service level adjustments, sustainability, risk and safety and user engagement.• Leads the Global MCE Project Management Office: Includes project prioritization, planning and scheduling, workflow optimization, dynamic forecast, resource capacity and reporting. • Strategic Business Partner and Stakeholder Management: Builds strong, open and collaborative partnerships/relationships with stakeholders and cross functional teams across a highly matrixed and complex ecosystem.• Employee-facing storytelling and engagement: Leads and oversees storytelling that demonstrates a best-in-class workplace experience that inspires a culture of innovation for Google employees, vendor partners, and external visitors on campus.• New Business Project Strategy: Supports the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives and processes in support of potential new lines of business.• User Research and Insights: Investigates, researches and discovers current and future trends in subjects such as food service, marketing, user/customer engagement and programs, health and wellness developments, etc, which may contribute to the continual improvement of the Food at Google program. • Issues and Risk Management: Manages significant issues or risks in collaboration with subject matter leads. • Leadership: Leads a team of highly skilled, diverse subject matter expert project leaders based around the world.
