Design Task: •Perform necessary calculations for water supply such as Booster pump sizing, Hot water recirculation pump sizing, Hot water heater/ calorifier sizing, Water softener sizing, Water filter sizing, Water tank & Solar hot water estimation as per DM guidelines. •Perform necessary calculation for drainage service such as soil waste and vent stack /branch sizing, rainwater stack/branch sizing, sump pump sizing, manhole schedule preparation, stormwater tank sizing, septic tank sizing etc. •Perform necessary calculations & estimation of central LPG tank sizing and pipe sizing. •Performs calculation of fire pump capacity using International Standard such as NFPA Standards and UAE Code. •Can perform FM 200/Novec/CO2 sizing using self-developed excel sheets as per NFPA2001. Management & Documentation Task: •Performs work independently with minimum supervision and manage multiple tasks meeting projects deadlines.•Design, conception, calculation, development and final design of Fire Protection and Public Health•Collaborate with Electrical Senior Engineer for Design Strategy and Design Coordination of MEP Plant Space required for the Projects. •Evaluate project scope for design services, tender analysis, value engineering and coordination with the Client, Architects, Interior Designer, Vendors, and Contractors. •Prepare Technical Reports - Due Diligence, Concept, Schematic and Value Engineering Report. •Generate Mechanical Equipment Schedule and prepare Technical Specification. •Supervising the team to obtain the preparation of Revit Model and CAD drawings. Site Supervision / Inspection, T&C•Perform the Testing & Commissioning and closing out inspections, snagging and de-snagging of all mechanical installations including plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, drainage & sewerage, including validation of As Built drawings. • Issue NCR for noncompliance or any site issue. • Reviews shop drawings and material submittal as per specification

I am responsible for leading the plumbing, gas, fire protection & HVAC system design ensuring all projects are compliant with relevant standards and delivered to the highest quality. Part of my role is to identify, implement and control risk and variations on projects; this includes coordination with other teams, review design specification and supervises cad/revit technician.
