Specific projects included:•Operational due diligence on behalf of the buying side in an acquisition. The client was interested in the operational and logistical setup in a large European steel manufacturer. The project included a thorough analysis of the target firm’s heavy assets in relation to raw material capacity, production sites and ship to harbour handling, as well as the specific logistics over land, rail and sea in the interplay between production, warehouses and key customers•Procurement advisory for a new train fleet. The client, a Danish midsized train operator, requested advisory in the process of choosing the future propellant for their fleet, as well as potential suppliers. We identified three potential propellants, electric, battery and hydrogen. Further, we compiled a catalogue including major European suppliers and their specific train types including technical details. The projects recommendation is set to start passenger tests during 2020•Furthermore, I was writing tenders and engaged in projects within market analysis, business cases, competitor analysis and carbon road maps for major international clients.
