Led global teams providing HR Outsourcing Services using PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, WorkForce Software, Kronos, and Infor HCM & WFM applications delivered in a cloud computing setting.

Led and achieved the P&L for a global shared service workforce and managed service/product partners to provide: Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Workforce Time, Benefit Payments and Payroll to 24 clients who outsourced their full suite HR operations to Aon to service their 20K employee population. Reduced service delivery costs by 40% through process improvement and development of a global workforce. Increased services implementation revenue by 15% by helping sales with selling the value add of our service offering and proper scoping sizing of projects.

Built and led the Technology & Operations functions within a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) to manage payroll-related taxes, human resources functions, benefits plans, and other employer-related administrative functions necessary to running a business.
