National Creative Director
Current- Head multi-disciplinary work for digital and creative teams, overseeing multimedia, video production, design, art direction, and all creative projects- Collaborate organization-wide, maintaining regular interaction with senior leaders- Assess department goals and track progress, ensuring staff engagement and project and campaign successes- introduce new processes and suggest investments in creative technologies, - Manage recruitment, mentoring, and skill development for digital and creative staff, providing regular feedback- Architect collaborative systems, fostering community and teamwork- Cultivate a team culture centered on transformative thinking, equitable practices, and inclusive collaboration.
