Coordinated space planning and space management for over 300,000SF of leased real estate across six buildings. Analyzed current and future space needs through quantitative and qualitative research. Methods included the engagement of users to gain an understanding of mission-driven space requirements as well as the analysis of internal documents, review of data calls, and on-site observations. Synthesized research and developed Program of Requirements for government officials to utilize in evaluating future facility needs. Block plans, schematic design plans, and phasing of move sequences also developed as required. Created presentations highlighting project milestones, expected outcomes, and client benefits. Developed marketing materials, capability statements, and project proposals. Held Public Trust security clearance.
