Familiar with Design for Manufacturability and Design for Testability rules (DFM & DFT), PCB materials and production techniques.- Act as leader on specific tasks that require a wide experience in developing practical and innovative ways for matching Company’s goals.- Drive external and internal PCB reviews. Able to discuss requirements with customers and PCB supplier.- Define and optimize the industrial requirements to be taken into account during the product development (PCB layout and assembled PCBA)- Coordinate and advise the activities of the team members.- Acquire and share new PCB development techniques. - Approval of the PCB Suppliers in accordance with Quality and Purchasing requirements, defining the acceptance criteria of PCB and assembled PCBA delivered by suppliers.=== Senior Mechatronic R&D Interface ===- R&D Mechatronic technical interface with Customer Documentation writers, located in China and Finland.- Define plans and documents as inputs for external staff activities.- Facilitate interactions and relationship among staff members.
