Responsible for supervising two large logistics projects focused on the marketplace. • Worten Entrega, a service focused on working in the last mile, the process of delivering the orders to the end customer. • Worten Fulfillment, a complete logistic solution in which Worten is responsible for carrying out the entire process of storage, preparation, packaging, invoicing, shipping and delivery of orders.Dashboard implementation in order to identify improvements in the process as well as monitoring service levels.
