I work closely with People and Culture leaders to leverage feedback to drive culture improvements and help to build a better world of work. With a background in gender studies, I am particularly interested in helping organisations improve how they show up in their culture and for their employees in the realm of diversity, equity and inclusion. I work best in a team where I can build meaningful connections and learn from others, and I am lucky enough at Culture Amp to work with some of the best, brightest and kindest people out there in my day to day.
