Overseeing auxiliary services, including Dining, Retail & Merchandise, Venue Leasing, Mail Services, Printing, and Co-working Space operations, as well as Process Improvement, Policy Management, and Internal Communications.

The Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President for Business and Operations (CBO/COO) handling matters of policy and institutional importance on behalf of the executive, managing special project teams, providing oversight for the executive’s organizational units, and leading the development and implementation of policy and procedures related to administrative use of campus spaces. Spearheads the annual planning process for the executive’s organizational units, and engages stakeholders to identify and prioritize changes to operations, programs, or services; participating in strategic decision-making as a member of the Executive Vice President’s senior leadership team.

Reporting directly to the COO and managing a team of 3 business analysts. The Process Improvement Office was formed in January 2014 in support of the university-wide Service Initiative and the efficiency goals outlined in our Strategic Plan. We are committed to guiding and implementing process improvements to benefit students, faculty, and staff by making essential processes faster, easier, and less costly.

Reporting directly to the Chief Enrollment Officer / VP of Enrollment Management. Managing a team of 6 full-time employees and an external call center consisting of 1 manager and 12-15 representatives. The Enrollment Systems department collaborates closely with the Enrollment Management senior leadership team to centrally plan, develop, and implement policies, processes and systems in support of strategic enrollment goals and daily operational needs. Our staff liaise with IT, outside vendors and other university departments to serve as internal business analysts, document processes, lead system projects, perform end-user training as well as handle system administration, maintenance and reporting.
