In twenty months from contract signing, built the technical team and directed the gathering of requirements, design, development and go-live of the 1st release of a new Global Trade Finance Application based on the Misys Trade Portal and Trade Innovation Plus products. Managed the vendor relationship and led a strong, high performing technical team of Architects, Infrastructure Engineers, Business Analysts, Developers and Testers comprising more than 80 FTEs composed of permanent, contract and vendor resources located onshore and offshore in three development locations.

Led the Technical Program to deliver a new generation of Trade Finance Applications for global trade operations. Line managed multisite development teams.

Am directing a 25+ person year effort to develop a J2EE Trade Finance application and have delivered the first release on time and exceeded customer’s quality expectations. Managed the cross product delivery of time critical yearly SWIFT upgrades and the rollout of new SEPA financial messaging solutions.
