A self-motivated, flexible and determined Business/Implementation Analyst with approximately 11 years of experience working in project environments. I’ve had solid experience of the software design life-cycle from initial requirements gathering through to testing, subsequent implementation, training of clients, and post implementation/ongoing support. I am now looking to re-commence a full-time career, having worked cut-down hours (30 hours per week) for the past 3 years (due to family commitments which no longer require my time).

As a result of family commitments it was necessary to cut-down the hours I was working for Cytec (and therefore also the amount of responsibility / accountability I had).After discussions with both the Directors I was taken on as an analyst undertaking much of the same tasks as outlined in my previous role below, however, without the overall responsibility for the delivery of the new client implementations as a whole.As more members of the team were recruited I was also then able to take on responsibility for the following:1. Ad-hoc client reporting 2. Amendments to report stored procedures, XML, and .rdl files (with input from the developers for the more complex stored procedure changes) Achievements:1. Led (and carried out the majority of) the testing of all new Insidertrack software releases during this period2. Numerous implementations to both the Sharetrack and Insidertrack systems for high-profile clients, often balancing multiple implementation projects at the same time

The main responsibilities of the Implementations Manager role were as follows: 1. Overall responsibility for the delivery all new client software implementations2. Implementing the new clients onto the relevant software; tasks would normally include:- Face to face client meetings to discuss initial requirements with a view to identifying those which may not be a straight-forward fit- Producing the implementation project plan and ensuring timelines are met / identification of any risks and dependencies- Analysis of complex client requirements- Liaising with the Development Team for the creation of new back-office and employee portal instances- Documentation of any bespoke changes required to the software, and liaising with the Development Team to ensure requirements have been understood- Analysis and design of any bespoke workflow processes required by the client- Testing of the above changes- Configuration of the system in line with client requirements - Data migration- Client roll-out and training- Post implementation and ongoing client support3. Analysis of existing systems to identify where improvements or new functionality could be included4. Periodically migrate transactional data for Sharetrack clients to facilitate IFRS2 reporting outputs5. Test, validate and load data files from clients 6. Ad-hoc client training as and when it was requiredAchievements:1. Lead Analyst on the requirements gathering process for the creation of the Insidertrack application. This involved working with both internal and external stakeholders (notably 2 FTSE 100 companies) to identify and document their requirements, and subsequently obtain sign-off 2. Led (and carried out the majority of) the testing phase of the above system3. Worked as Lead Analyst on a project which involved creating a bespoke version of Sharetrack for a client in Geneva. This included the tracking of loan data, and complex workflow and reporting requirements

Computershare Plan Managers (and its predecessors) offer a wide range of services in the employee share plan market. The main responsibilities of the Business Analyst role were as follows: - Analyse, document and support the implementation of any new client share plans won by the new business team - Hold requirement gathering workshops with internal and external clients - Create high-level requirements documents for business / client sign off - Analyse and document the functional requirements for any small changes & system enhancements - Analyse and support the implementation of any new applications into BAU processes - Data migration analysis - Documentation of business processes - Creation of client administration manuals - Inter – departmental business process modelling and re-engineering (using ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ models).
