I began working at 17 at Shoppers, a grocery store in Dumfries, VA, where I worked for 4.5 years. I graduated from C.D. Hylton HS in Woodbridge, VA in June 2017 and graduated Cum Laude.In the summers of 2017 and 2018, I did two internships at Delta Resources, Inc. (now VTG Group). In 2017, I worked with the SBIR team where I was assigned the task of verifying contracts and contract award amounts with certain companies. In 2018, I worked with a different team where a partner and I went through and examined data cards (some confidential) and had to make a database system to keep track of the information found on the cards. During the course with the company, I obtained a Secret Security Clearance (it expired in 2021 due to inactivity).I went to Mount St. Mary’s University where I was on the Dean’s List numerous times and graduated Cum Laude in 2021. All 4 years, I received the Presidential Scholarship. I have experience in retail, customer service, and management. My dream is to enter the legal field, become a lawyer & eventually become a judge.I worked through college, even through COVID. I began another job at Sheetz, Inc. in Manassas, VA where I quickly rose the ranks and became an Assistant Manager. As of September'22, I work for Amentum/PAE, a government support agency under the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Radiation Exposure Compensation Program (RECP/RECA).I am hardworking, detail-oriented, a team player, organized, and a quick learner with strong communication skills. While my legal experience is slim, I’m willing and able to gain the knowledge necessary to get the job done. I’m ready and eager to learn new skills and enter the legal work field.
