Profile bio

About Laetitia De Lannoy

I accompany individuals who struggle with burnout and chronic pain so they can overcome chronic stress and anxiety, reduce pain flares and fatigue, and increase energy to do the things they love. As a certified health and wellbeing coach, also licensed as a clinical psychologist in Europe, trauma-trained, I offer mindful listening, compassionate support, and expert guidance to help clients reclaim their mental and physical health, and agency over their life.I specialize in the treatment of chronic pain, in particular endometriosis and autoimmunes, as well as medical, parental or professional burnout among women, using a holistic approach, mind-body tools and the evidence-based bio-psychosocial model of chronic pain treatment. During sessions, I collaborate with my clients to define clear, aligned, reachable goals for their life, health, and wellness, and teach them cognitive strategies and sustainable behavioral techniques they need to cope effectively with stress, anxiety, and trauma.I have nursed a great interest for neurodiversity since my college years and I have worked with neurodiverse populations since 2004. I have accompanied adults, children and their parents with ADHD, “giftedness”, or on the autism spectrum in a variety of settings. Studies show a correlation between neurodivergence and a higher risk of suffering from chronic pain or anxiety, so today I am still happy to welcome a neurodivergent population in my practice. My mission is to empower clients to rebuild a life of joy, purpose, and fulfillment — it sounds cheesy but truly we all deserve it!

Listed skills include Writing, Iwork, International Business, Course Creation, and 46 others.
