– Worked on a number of complex, high-profile & effective advertising campaigns in response to the COVID-19 national health crisis to inform Canadians about government programs, services and safeguards being put in place– Coordinated the briefings, services and deliverables provided by the different branches of Cossette, the Agency of Record (AOR) for both creative and media planning & buying services – Contributed strategic communications, marketing and advertising advice by putting forward innovative ideas specifically for the youth segment of our target audiences in relations to our Twitter, Snapchat and Buzzfeed campaign initiatives – Gathered, organized & analyzed results on all ongoing active campaigns to provide extensive weekly reports to all levels of management– Maintained & recorded all advertising activities and expenditures in the GC Advertising Management System (AdMIS)– Facilitated smooth and timely approvals on extremely short timeframes with different levels of management and government departments such as Privy Council Office (PCO), the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) and Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)– Supported other government departments such as Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) & Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) in achieving consistently high results by providing sound advice and demonstrating natural leadership while working on their respective campaigns– Acted as liaison between PHAC and CBSA for the launch of the ArriveCAN program to encourage the use of a new health related app for users to provide mandatory travel information required for entry into Canada.– Collaborated with ISC to develop an advertising campaign with the intention of easing the tension of stigma due to fears surrounding COVID-19, specifically related to testing and tracing of First Nations, Inuit and Métis.
