• Primarily responsible for maintenance and support of all company server and workstation functions, including Exchange e-mail, Norton anti-virus, our homepage, & our VPN

• Personally scouted and recruited a diverse yet extraordinarily unified group of seven 2nd level technicians, encouraging team-ethic and professional growth
• Responsible for the maintenance and support of roughly 200 branch servers within entire NY Metro area footprint, including all of NJ & PA
• Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and Level II support of nearly 2000 remote workstations within same footprint
• Oversee Zenworks for Desktops corporate-wide deployment, over 600 locations
• Package all software applications for global distribution whenever possible. Maintain procedures for Wise software packaging & manual installations
• Develop and maintain PC and laptop O/S images, ensuring all users are locked-down and centrally managed via policy and ZenWorks

• Mentor and supervise staff of 4 PC technicians and 1 application packager working under strict, measured deadlines, providing 2nd level support in addition to hardware and software installation services
• Mentor and coach Help Desk staff of 6
• Develop and present monthly performance metrics
• Responsible for all Microsoft Exchange mail server administration
• Research, plan, procure, and oversee implementation of all hardware and software deployed corporate-wide, including over 2100 users
• Manage relationships with both our break/fix vendor as well as our hardware/software vendor

2nd & final tier, corporate-wide Desktop & Laptop Support. Wide-scale conversion-deployments from Windows 3.11 to Windows 95. Travel to satellite offices, solo in some cases..in VA, OH, and several other states to perform same.
