Coordinating the Online, Direct to Debut and Digital Cinema release process (localisation, mastering, QC, Duplication, delivery, KDM generation) for a major Studio, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.Key responsibilities include gathering and assimilating client information and schedules to provide detailed planning to operational areas, working with other members of the client services team and the scheduling department to ensure that deadlines are met while resolving any issues relating to project timelines.Additionally liaising with other UK and international DTDC entities to facilitate end-to-end workflows for client projects, while always looking to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Main duties involve managing the daily workflow to the digital cinema distribution team to ensure the accurate and time sensitive deliveries of high value content to various vendors/cinemas.Providing international support to clients (including technical support) and internal departments to keep the work flow efficient and accurate. Liaising with clients, account executives and producers.Pro-actively updating systems/software including in-house bespoke software. Producing KPI reports for European facilities and general overviews of distribution performance.Key Achievements• Assisting in the set up and leading the training of Digital Cinema Distribution partnership with Euro Film Services in Germany.• Created standardised training within Technicolor Digital Cinema Distribution by overseeing and creating the Working Directory/Handbook.
