- Organizing the scientific, economical and efficient accounting system.- Set up the local accounting system and policy, tax registration- Build control system and ensure the smooth execution of control- Control, supervision and monitoring the company’s accounting, financialensures that all records are accurate.- Assist in financial planning and budgeting in accordance with GM.- Preparation and submission of monthly management report.- Management of cash flows to maintain the company in a healthy position.- Selection, training, evaluation and development of accounting staffs.- General Administration Functions in line with company policies.- To ensure internal control policies and procedures are carried out within the department- Review all supporting document i.e: invoices, PO contract and clarify with user before process the payment;- Review monthly / quarterly / annual tax reports; supervise monthly salary report- Conduct monthly closing financial reporting- Responsible for bank transactions with related agencies: Taxes, bank, suppliers, contractor ....- Approval of payment request, books and accounting documents.- Guide, review and support team members to book-keeping, financial report, tax documentations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT)- Supervise balance sheet reconciliations and make necessary accrual adjustment as needed- Collaborate and assist with Auditors in annual audits to assure compliance with state, accounting policies- Liaise with the external auditor, tax authorities, solicitors, bankers and others professional to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.
