● Collaborate with PO, the customers, the end users... to understand business needs, user requirements, and pain points.● Analyze, propose solutions, create mockup designs, and develop the core system in alignment with the product roadmap.● Write user stories and user acceptance criteria based on the gathered information, ensuring clarity, feasibility, testability, and alignment with Product growth objectives.● Support to clarify any questions from Developers and QC team. ● Write test cases and verify them in the UAT environment. Support end users in piloting case by case in the PRD.● Leading the activities of grooming and contribute to backlog management, prioritization.

● Work on a business partner role (Contact stakeholders, schedule meeting to understanding their expectation as well as the vision, schedule training users work with big data).● Receiving requirement, verify and mapping data of mutiple systems together, then details on specification document.● Working with team (QC, technical) to clear document and support UAT/Dry run. ● Visualizing report/Dashboard on PowerBI.● Estimate timeline based on discussing with the team and align with reality.● Giving guidance for users (Request access right, Workflow, Approach).● Support Scrum Master to manage tasks of the member.

● Receiving the user's request, analyze and discuss with users to clear the request.● Working with technical team to verify key points of the request and come up with solution to solve the problem (If any)● Writing the document (Scope, Business rule, Desciption, Example).● Support UAT and Prepare procedures to promote function to production.
